Guest Policies
Reservations
Credit card authorization in the amount of the room charge is required to confirm a reservation.
Payment
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Cancellations - Winter and Spring
 Weekly rooms cancelled with one week’s notice are not charged. Less than one week notice of cancellation will result in a charge for the weekly amount.
Cancellations - Summer /Fall &Events
Between construction activity & hunting season, this is our busiest
time. Because demand is so high, special reservation and cancellation
policies apply to the fall season:
Advance reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival are fully refunded less a 20% cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled fewer than 30 days prior to arrival are charged the full amount of the reservation. If we are able to re-book the room the reservation is refunded less a 20% cancellation fee.
General policies
| - Check-in is at 4:00PM. Check-out
is at 10:00AM. Early arrival or late departure may be arranged for
an additional charge. |
| - Any damages to the room,
furnishings and grounds or excessive need for cleaning will be
charged to the guest for the cost of replacement, repair or
housekeeping services. |
| - Pets may be accepted with
management approval. A fee of $10 per pet, per night is charged. |
| - This is a
Non-Smoking property. Any smoking in guest rooms will result in an
additional charge. |
| - No open candles or flames allowed
in the rental units. |
| - Outside gardens and barbeques are
for guest use. Please, no excessive noise or entertaining large
groups without prior arrangement. |
| - Weekly guests receive daily
housekeeping services, including empty wastebaskets, make beds and
supply fresh towels. Beds are changed and room is thoroughly cleaned
once a week. |
| - Additional
services available include: Send and receive fax, DSL, and receipt
of FedExp or UPS delivery packages. |
| - Use of kitchens, microwaves and
refrigerators is included in nightly rate. |
